On Thursday November 20, 2014 at approximately 7:00 pm an adult female was walking on Talbot St towards Patricia Avenue in the city of Kitchener when she was approached by a male walking a black Doberman. The male made attempts to kiss the female, however, the female was able to keep her distance and the male was last seen on Patricia Avenue walking towards Adelaide Street.
The male is described as a Black, mid 20’s, 5’8-5’9 tall, with a beard, wearing jeans, brown toque and brown winter jacket with fur around the hood. The female did not suffer any injuries as a result of the incident.
