Several Drunk Drivers Busted

(Ottawa, ON) – The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged three drivers over the weekend for drinking and driving related offences. In addition, a driver was issued a 3-day driver’s license suspension following a roadside test, and another driver was arrested for possession of drugs.

Charged are:

Steve Courtland, 49 of Ottawa, ON

Operating a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol.

Matthew Messenger, 27 of Ottawa, ON

Operating a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol.

Kyle Joseph Olson, 27 of Ottawa, ON

Driving While Ability Impaired (Alcohol); and

Operating a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol.

Nicholas Andreas Pugliese-Papadolias, 21 of Ottawa, ON

Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams.

All individuals charged are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Ottawa.

A 23 year old male driver from Ottawa was issued a 3-day driver’s license suspension following a roadside test.
