(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Crime Unit, Street Crime Unit along with members of the Norfolk County detachment have charged several people after a search warrant at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, September 20, 2016, police attended the addresses and executed a search warrant. As a result, police recovered a firearm along with a quantity of illicit drugs and stolen property.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged the following individuals.
Charged with possession of Marihuana is 18-year-old Brody L J SHEPHERD of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of Marihuana is 23-year-old Nicholas Richard MATHEWS of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and possession of Marihuana is 33-year-old Holly Elizabeth COOK of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and possession of Marihuana is 43-year-old Terry Robert SHEPHERD of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under 5,000 and possession of Marihuana is 58-year-old Randy Scott KINGSLEY of Norfolk County, Ontario.
All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
