(Oro-Medonte, ON) – Members from the Barrie Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police and the OPP Central Region Traffic Unit are continuing their investigation into a single vehicle collision that occurred shortly before 7:30 AM this morning on County Rd 19 (Moonstone Rd) in Oro-Medonte Twp.
A Toyota Yaris was travelling eastbound on Moonstone Rd when it left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The 39 year old female driver from Oro-Medonte Twp was transported to a Toronto area hospital via air ambulance with life threatening injuries.
