On Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at approximately 6:25 am, the London Police Service responded to a report of an unconscious male outside 337 Southdale Road East. Officers found that the male had suffered serious injuries believed to have been sustained in an assault. The male was transported by EMS to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
The male has been identified, however his identity will not be released pending notification of next of kin. The Major Crime Section is continuing with this investigation.
The precise time and place of this assault is unknown and it is possible that it occurred several hours earlier.
