(SOUTHERN BRUCE COUNTY) – Effective 9:30 am on January 9, 2014, Highway 21 from Kincardine to Port Elgin is now open to traffic.
However, Highway 21 remains closed from Amberley to Kincardine due to heavy drifting and stuck vehicles blocking the roadway. It’s important for motorists to respect the road closure as stranded vehicles impede the efforts to clear the road.
