(HURON TWP, ON) – On April 17th, 2011 at 6:35 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP set up a seat belt spot check at the intersection of Saratoga Road and Lake Range Drive in Huron Township. While conducting vehicle checks, a Chevrolet Uplander stopped and officers noted the driver wasn’t properly buckled. 41 year old Michael HACKETT of Kincardine was charged with Fail to properly wear seatbelt.
