(ORILLIA, ON) – On Tuesday December 03, 2013 members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Drug Action Team in conjunction with officers from the Orillia Street Crime Unit, and Orillia Uniform members executed a search warrant on a residence on Bond Street in the City of Orillia.
During the execution of the warrant a quantity of marihuana was seized with a street value of $4000.
James Burroughsford, 51 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Production of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana, and Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana.
He has been released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on January 14th, 2014.
