(ORILLIA, ON) – On Wednesday January 29, 2014 members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit in conjunction with officers from the Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), OPP Canine Unit and Orillia Uniform members executed a search warrant on a residence in the city of Orillia.
During the execution of the warrant a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana and Methamphetamine valued at approximately $3000 was seized. An undisclosed amount of cash was also recovered during the search.
A 43 year old woman from Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihuana over 30 grams and Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Resin under 1 gram.
A young person has also been charged with Possession of a Schedule II substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Schedule I substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Schedule I substance – Methamphetamine,
