(ORILLIA, ON) – On Sunday February 09, 2014 at approximately 6:50 p.m., members of the Community Drug Action Team in conjunction with the OPP Orillia Street Crime Unit, and members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a search warrant on a residence on Atherley Road, in the City of Orillia.
During the execution of the warrant a quantity of cocaine and marihuana was seized with a street value of $2800.
John CALLAGHAN, 45 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine, and Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana.
Michelle DEMAINE, 42 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine, and Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine.
Mario FOOTE, 23 years old of Brampton, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine, and Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana.
Jerone PARCHMENT, 24 years old of Mississauga, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine, and Trafficking in a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine.
All parties were released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on April 01st, 2014.
