On August 28th, 2014, as part of an ongoing investigation by members of the Waterloo Regional Police Guns and Gangs Unit, Drug Branch and Emergency Response Unit into illegal drugs and weapons, police arrested a 29 year old Kitchener male. In addition, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Lancaster Street in Kitchener. The male is charged with numerous weapons and drug offences and was held for a show cause hearing.
