On Wednesday the 29th day of January 2014 members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Belleville City Police Drug Unit, OPP East Region Canine Unit, and members of the Quinte West OPP Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrant on 5th St. Sunny Creek Estates 63 Whites Road, Quinte West, ON and unit # 19 of the Guest Inn 265 Dundas St. E Trenton, ON
Thirty- four (34) year old male Shaun BICHENER-LITTLE of Oshawa, Keith Lee CUMMINGS, 48 and Kimberly HADDOCK, 52 of Quinte West were arrested.
They have been charged Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in cocaine and cannabis marihuana. BICHENER-LITTLE was further charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00 and two counts of Breach of Probation
Police seized $5335 worth of cocaine, marihuana, $835 cash, laptop, and numerous cell phones.
CUMMINGS and HADDOCK were released with a court date of the 27th day of February 2014. BICHENER-LITTLE was held in custody pending a bail hearing on the 30th day of January 2014.
The Investigation is continuing.
