SEARCH WARRANT

On Wednesday, January 15th, 2014, Members of the Waterloo Regional Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Kitchener. Police located three illegally possessed firearms within the residence. All firearms were not stored safely. A stun gun, and several prohibited weapons were also seized from the residence. A quantity of crystal methamphetamine and cannabis marihuana was also located in the residence, in amounts consistent with possession for the purposes of trafficking. Two adult males and one adult female are charged with the following offences – unauthorized possession of a firearm X3, careless storage x3, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of cannabis marihuana and crystal methamphetamine for the purposes of trafficking. One male is further charged with two counts of breaching his recognizance.
