Sean NEELANDS – Drunk Driving

(OXFORD COUNTY, ON.) – On September 26, 2015 at approximately 12:35 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver travelling westbound on Highway 403 onto Highway 401 in Oxford County.

Police attended the area, located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near Culloden Road on Highway 401 westbound. As a result of investigation, the 28-year-old male, Sean NEELANDS of Milton was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:

Driving with More than 80 milligrams of alcohol in Blood

Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol)

The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on November 3, 2015.

(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On September 28, 2015 at approximately 3:13 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on the parking lot at the Tim Hortons on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg.

Police responded to the collision and as a result of investigation, a 54-year-old male, Alan WEBSTER of Tillsonburg was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:

Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Drug)

There were no injuries.

The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on October 20, 2015.
