(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Kenora man with Impaired Driving following a vehicle stop on Highway 17a shortly before 5:30 am on Sunday April 6, 2014. The driver was arrested and transported for further tests.
As a result of this investigation 33 year old Sean HOUDE of Kenora, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is to appear in Kenora Court on May 8, 2014 to answer to the charge.
