(North Stormont) – On June 1, 2016 at approximately 7:35pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer intercepted a vehicle on County Road 14, North Stormont Township. The stop revealed that the male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Scotty RAINEY (45) of North Stormont Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Drive Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired by Alcohol
– Drive Motor Vehicle With More Than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on June 21, 2016.
