(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On November 6, 2015, at approximately 10:10pm officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on general patrol when they came across a two vehicle collision on Dundas St East, Trenton.
After an investigation, officers determined that a 40 year old Trenton male’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Scott Whitney CLYDE, 40 years old, of Trenton has been charged with:
· Care or Control Over 80 mgs.
· Red Light-Fails to Stop
There were no injuries as a result of the collision.
The accused is to appear at The Ontario Court of Justice 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville, on November 19, 2015 to answer to the charges.
