(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a vehicle on McPherson School Road in the County of Brant on 27 September 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m.
The 2003 Honda accord was stopped by police and the 47-year-old driver Scott SHOULDICE of Cambridge was arrested and charged with refusing to provide a breath sample contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
