SAULT – Drive While Disqualified, Impaired Driving

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 31-year-old male after police were called to a Rail Street, Hagersville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.

On Thursday, May 5, 2016, at approximately 12:34 a.m., alert citizens contacted police about an operator of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) that entered the parking lot of Tim Hortons. Police arrived on scene and subsequently located the male and ATV.

As a result of investigation, police have charged 31-year-old Brent Andrew SAULT of Six Nations of the Grand River, Ontario with impaired driving, fail or refuse to provide sample and disqualified driving.

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
