(TECUMSEH, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Essex County Street Crimes Unit have arrested and charged a Windsor man after a theft from a vehicle in Tecumseh.
Officers were called to Castlewood Crescent in Tecumseh on Thursday, September 5, 2013 after a vehicle was broken into overnight and a quantity of music equipment was stolen from inside a vehicle.
Sasha-Ali SYED, age 28 from Windsor was arrested and charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000. He will appear in a Windsor court on October 3, 2013.
Police are reminding the public to be vigilant in locking your vehicles as well as your homes and keeping an eye on your neighbourhood. Report any suspicious behaviour to police immediately.
