Sara MCCORQUODALE & Katelin Joyce SMITH: 5X Use Of Stolen Credit Cards

As a result of a lengthy investigation which began in May of 2014, Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police Property Crimes Unit has identified and charged two females in relations to a theft from a vehicle.

On May 11th, 2014 between 2:30am and 4:30 a vehicle was entered on Anita Court in Belmont, Central Elgin. A wallet containing identification, cash and credit cards were stolen from the vehicle. The credit cards were used a short time later to obtain goods and services.

As a result of the investigation police have charged women from London, ON.

Sara MCCORQUODALE, age 28 has been charged with;

Theft of Credit Card under the Criminal Code.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under the Criminal Code.
Five (5) Counts of Use of Stolen Credit Card under the Criminal Code.
Five (5) Counts of Fraud Under $5000 under the Criminal Code.

MCCORQUODALE is scheduled to appear in St.Thomas Criminal Court on December 30th, 2014.

Katelin Joyce SMITH, age 26 has been charged with;

Theft of Credit Card under the Criminal Code.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under the Criminal Code.
Five (5) Counts of Use of Stolen Credit Card under the Criminal Code.
Five (5) Counts of Fraud Under $5000 under the Criminal Code.

SMITH is scheduled to appear in St.Thomas Criminal Court on December 30th, 2014.
