(East-Hawkesbury, ON) On December 18th, shortly after 10 pm, Hawkesbury OPP Constable Walter Vandergoten observed a 2002 Honda Civic parked on the side of County Road #12.
Interaction with the driver revealed that she was suspended from driving. Further investigation resulted in the seizure of liquor that was found accessible to the driver.
Samantha Jennifer Michelle FEHR (25 yrs) of East-Hawkesbury, was charged with section 53(1) of the Ontario Highway Traffic Act for Driving while under suspension.
She was also charged under the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario with section 32(1) Having care and control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor.
She is scheduled to appear at the L’Orignal Court on February 5th.
