(Elora, ON) – On Saturday, September 29th, 2012 at 1:48am, officers from the County of Wellington O.P.P. responded to a report of an assault at the Metcalf Inn, in Elora. Investigation revealed that the victim, a 46-year-old male employee of the Inn, was assaulted by a male patron.
Ryan Margetiak, 22-years-old of Elora, Ontario was arrested and faces a charge of Assault. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 2nd, 2012.
