(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 6, 2012 at 6:19 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash on Broadway Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived to find that a Red Oldsmobile Cutlass had pulled onto Broadway Street from the Tim Horton’s parking lot and struck a Silver Pontiac Montana. The driver of the Cutlass was found to have been drinking alcohol. 32 year old Ryan GRIERSON of Kincardine was charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on September 17, 2012 to answer to the charge. The driver of the Montana reported minor injuries at the scene.
