(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police, a County of Brant officer was conducting radar patrol on Scenic Road, on November 2, 2014. At approximately 2:12 p.m. the officer observed a grey Subaru travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked the vehicle going over 165 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.
The driver of the vehicle Ryan COWAN 19 years of age from the City of Brantford was charged under the legislation for Stunt Driving and his vehicle was seized for 7 days and he received a 7-day license suspension.
