(CENTRE WELLIGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On November 25, 2014, at approximately 4:24 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling Wellington Road 7 near 4th Line, Centre Wellington Township. A traffic stop was conducted on a 2002 Pontiac and the male driver attempted to mislead the police by identifying himself as another person. Once identity was established, the investigation revealed that the driver was not to be driving a motor vehicle and was breaching a Probation Order. An arrest was made and he was transported to a local OPP Operations Centre.

Personation with Intent-Criminal Code (C.C.)
Driving While Disqualified-C.C.
Fail to Comply with Probation Order-C.C.
Driving While Under Suspension-Highway Traffic Act
He is to appear in Bail Court in Guelph on November 26, 2014.
