(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – An off duty member of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) noticed a male driving that he knew was recently prohibited yesterday morning before 11:00 am.
The male operator of a vehicle was also found to have been drinking. Russell KITCHEN (age 58) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
Driving while prohibited
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON July 28, 2016.
