(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Wednesday the 18th of March 2015, an officer from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a car on Highway 28 in the Town of Bancroft. As a result of the stop, a male driver was arrested.
50 year old Roy BOISVERT of Carlow-Mayo Township has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. He was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 21st of April 2015
