(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch on Watts Pond Road.
At approximately 7:50 p.m. Monday January 6th, 2014, officers arrived at the scene of a minor collision on Watts Pond Road. Officers located a vehicle in the ditch with a lone male occupant. While the officer was talking to the male driver, she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Roy BLEASDALE 64 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 24th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
