On the 27th of November, 2014, Waterloo Regional Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch in co-operation with the Ontario Provincial Police and the Guelph Police Service, issued warrants for the arrest for Rory Sean GENERAL, 31 years, and Jeffrey Lee MARTIN, 34 years, both of Oshweken, ON. Both of these males are currently in custody on other matters.

The investigation commenced in mid-May 2014 with break and enters to the Auto Reflections Car Wash in Guelph, Ontario and the No Frills Grocery Store in New Hamburg, Ontario where ATM machines were targeted. The investigation revealed evidence leading to charges of residential and commercial break and enter, arson, truck theft, thefts of ATV’s and snowmobiles, firearms possession and trafficking and trafficking in stolen property throughout Waterloo Region, Guelph as well as Wellington, Oxford, Brant and Perth Counties. GENERAL and MARTIN are facing over 24 Criminal and firearms related charges. Both are expected to be returned to the Region to answer to these charges.
