(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 21, 2014 at 10:59 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. check on Durham Street in Kincardine when a Black Dodge Ram stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver, 32 year old Rory McDOUGALL of Kincardine has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 26, 2015 to answer to the charge.
