(PICTON, ON) – On September 6, 2015 at approximately 3:30AM, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Prince Edward County were dispatched to a two vehicle crash at Highway 62 & Oram Rd, Prince Edward County, ON.
The driver, Shawn Way, 44 of New Tecumseh, ON (Alliston) died at the scene.
The other driver, Ronald SCOTT, 33 of Odessa, has been charged with:
Impaired Driving Cause Death
Fail to Stop at the Scene of an Accident
He was released from on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton, on October 21, 2015.
