(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a RIDE program on Highway 28 just after midnight this morning.
A male driver was stopped and was found to have been drinking. Roman SYLVESTER (age 46) of North Kawartha Township was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON July 14, 2016.
