(Cavan Monaghan Twp., ON) On Friday September 13, at approximately 3:00 a.m. Peterborough County OPP received a report of a possible Break and Enter to a Chip truck on Moore Drive in Baileboro.
Witnesses reported seeing male where dark clothing and a hoodie using a flashlight to enter the locked chip truck using a flashlight.
Officers from Northumberland and Peterborough County OPP attended the scene and located a male fleeing the scene of the Break and Enter on a bicycle. The male was investigated and found to be in possession of a flash light and a stolen GPS.
As a result of the investigation ,Roland FERGUSON a 24 year old Peterborough resident has been charged with Break and Enter, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Mischief Under $5000 and Breach of Probation.
FERGUSON has been held in custody pending a Bail Hearing on Friday 13, 2013 in Peterborough Provincial Courts.
