(NAPANEE, ON)- On Monday, November 4th, 2013 at 10:13 p.m. an officer with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police checked a vehicle parked at the intersection of Carroll Road and Mountain Road in Stone Mills Township. The motor vehicle had its running lights on and the engine was running.
A male was found sleeping in the driver’s seat of the vehicle.
The male, 47 year-old Rodney WILSON, of Stone Mills Township was arrested for care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired and was taken to the Napanee OPP detachment for breath tests.
WILSON was subsequently charged with care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired and care or control over 80 mgs. He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on December 3rd.
