(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On Friday September 27, 2013 at approximately 1:59 pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting R.I.D.E. spot checks on Trafalgar Road, north of Wellington County Road 22, Hillsburgh, Town of Erin.
The driver of a 2007 GMC pickup truck entered into the checkpoint. During the investigation, police located a small quantity of marihuana, hashish resin, and cocaine.
Rodney LAMARRE of age 46 of Huron-Kinloss Twp has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams, Possession of Hashish Resin over 30 grams and Possession of Cocaine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on October 29, 2013 to answer to the charges
