(ESPANOLA, ON)- On March 25, 2016, at approximately 1:56 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Agnew Lake road in Sables-Spanish Rivers Township.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was disqualified from driving.
Travis ROBERTS, 36 years of age, from Sables-Spanish Rivers Township, was arrested and charged with the following: Driving while disqualified – court order, contrary to the Criminal Code.
The vehicle the accused was operating was towed and impounded for 45 days under the Vehicle Impoundment Program (VIP).
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on May 3, 2016.
