On March 19, 2014 at 12:56 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of Stone Road and Hanlon Expressway after observing traffic violations. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Robert TUTTON-WOOLNOUGH, 29 years of Guelph has been charged criminally with drive over 80 mg. He has also been charged with two offences under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in court on April 4, 2014
