(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Robert RYAN is described as a white male, 24 years of age, 5’3” (160cm), 142 lbs (64kg). He has green eyes and brown hair.
He is serving a 5 year and 2 month sentence for Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle, Operate Motor Vehicle-Flight, Operate Motor Vehicle While Disqualified, Theft Over, Fail to Comply with Probation Order, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000.
The offender is known to frequent the Six Nations Reserve, Haldiman County, and the Greater Toronto area.
