(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 25year old man with a Drinking and Driving offence after stopping a vehicle at a Main St, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday April 6th, 2014 at approximately 2:50 am Police stopped a red 2008 Jeep SUV for a Highway Traffic Act infraction at the Main St address. While speaking with the driver the signs of impairment by alcohol was detected.
As a result 25 year old Robert PORTER of Six Nations of the Grand River, ON was charged with Driving with over the legal limit of Alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
