(Napanee, ON)- On January 9, 2016 at 4:10 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a disturbance at a residence on Bridge Street East in the Town of Greater Napanee.
Investigation revealed an altercation between two males. One male had threatened to kill the other and subsequently stabbed the man causing a minor injury to his hand.
Charged with uttering threats to cause death and assault with a weapon is 43 year-old Robert PAKUL of Napanee.
He is scheduled to appear today for a bail hearing at Provincial Court in Napanee.
