On Sunday March 15th, 2015, at approximately 2:12 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a motor vehicle on Speedvale Avenue. Police spoke with the driver and a breath demand was made. The driver failed the roadside test and was arrested.
Robert OANCEA, 45 years of Hamilton has been charged with drive over 80 mgs. He is to appear in court on April 24th, 2015.
