(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 7, 2014 at 12:52 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street in Kincardine noticed a Green Ford F150 pickup truck moving at a high rate of speed. The speed was displayed on radar at 75 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone. The truck was stopped and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 36 year old Robert MULDOON of Burlington has been charged with Impaired operation, Refuse breath sample, Speeding and Fail to surrender licence. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 7, 2014 to answer to the charges.
