(BRANT TWP, ON) – On April 4, 2015 at 1:01 p.m., a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 19 in Brant Township noticed a White Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was on radar at more than 130 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The driver, 66 year old Robert KNAGGS of Sydenham Township, was charged with race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 14, 2015 to answer to the charge.
