(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 29 year old male with impaired driving and several provincial charges following a traffic stop at an Indiana Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday January 9th, 2016 at approximately 12:12am, members of the Haldimand County OPP, stopped a motor vehicle on Indiana Road, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 29 year old Robert HENRY of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, fail to surrender licence, fail to surrender insurance card, and drive motor vehicle – no plates. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
