(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a single motor vehicle collision on the 403 Highway on the Grand River Bridge, on December 12, 2014, at approximately 6:18 a.m.
Officers arrived at the scene of the collision and will talking to the male driver they could smell the odour of alcohol. The officer gave the driver the Roadside Screening Test, and as a result of the test the male driver was transported to the County of Brat OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Robert FRALEY 47 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following criminal charge
Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 23, 2015 to answer to the charge.
