(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – On June 6, 2015 at approximately 1:34 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision on Main Street and Alice Street.
The rear of a silver Dodge pickup truck had been struck by the front of a blue Dodge pickup truck.
The driver of the silver Dodge, a 47 year old female, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Officers determined that the driver of the blue Dodge had been drinking alcohol. The 23 year old male was arrested and was transported by ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, Robert BLANE, of Lucan Biddulph, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to appear in a London court on August 4, 2015 to answer the charge.
