(Pembroke, Ontario) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit is continuing to investigate a robbery that was reported on August 2, 2016 at approximately 9:00 pm at the Shoppers Drug Marts Milk on Pembroke Street East in the City of Pembroke.
The lone suspect entered the store and demanded prescription medication. The suspect indicated she had a weapon but no weapon was observed. No one was injured during the course of the robbery. The suspect is described as follows:
• Caucasian female, 25 to 30 years old
• 5ft. 4 in tall, fit build, brown hair, and tanned skin
• Wearing a pink camo type ball cap, grey hoodie and patterned pants
OPP Canine Unit as well as the Emergency Response Team (ERT) members and East Region Identification Unit attended the scene and are assisting with the investigation.
