(PRESCOTT, ON) – On November 1, 2013, at approximately 12:40 am members of the Grenville detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP)), responded to a call of an assault and theft at the Boomers Sports Bar, located on King Street, Prescott.
Upon arrival, officer located two suspects that had fled the scene.
As a result of their investigation, two people have been charged:
1. Liana Elizabeth MARTINSEN, 18 of Longmont, Colorado, United States with Robbery with Violence and
2. Bruce Richard SABOURIN, 29 of Prescott, ON with Assault.
Both were released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking with conditions to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville, on November 29, 2013.
