(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) On Saturday August 9, 2014 at 11:30pm a vehicle with five occupants and a vehicle with three occupants were westbound on Highway 60 when a case of road rage ensued. The vehicles came to a stop on Jane Street, Eganville and all occupants exited their vehicles. As a result Lowell PARKS, 54 years of age of North Algona Wilberforce Township, Mavric Parks, 24 years of age of North Algona Wilberforce Township and Joshua Eady, 20 years of age of Horton Township were charged with three counts of Assault contrary to Section 266 of the Criminal Code of Canada and one count of Mischief Under contrary to Section 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
They are scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on September 3, 2014.
